Billing Policy

Payment for all services is due at the time of the appointment.

We process HICAPS claims for health fund rebates immediately after your appointment. If your health fund coverage does not fully cover the cost of treatment, the remaining balance is your responsibility and will need to be paid on the day of the visit.
Medicare is only applicable if you are eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). Please confirm eligibility with us prior to booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or a charge for the missed appointment.

We will provide a treatment estimate where possible before your appointment, especially for major procedures. This estimate is subject to change based on the final treatment plan.
