Crown Dental Cancellation Policy
Effective as of 23/07/2024
We are committed to delivering exceptional dental care to our patients. Each appointment is reserved exclusively, with specific time set aside for our dentist. To ensure fairness for all, we kindly ask patients to schedule appointments only when they can commit to keeping them.
Missed Appointments and Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice.)
If you miss an appointment without prior communication or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $100.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice allow your $100 deposit to be transferred to your next appointment or refunded.
For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, the $100 deposit will be forfeited, as this time has been dedicated exclusively for you and may not be able to be filled at short notice.
New Patinet Emergency Short-Notice Bookings (Within 24 Hours)
For appointments made within 24 hours, a $100 deposit is required to secure the booking.
Emergency appointments require immediate allocation of clinical time, and holding slots that are not attended impacts other patients who may need urgent care.
How to cancel or reschedule your appointment
For any cancellation with under 48 hours of notice we advise you to please call our reception at (08) 8151 0101. In any other case you can contact us by calling or emailing our reception.
